  Considering it was late on Christmas eve, our meal was great. Our server had a smile and was happy to be there. Food cooked just to order. Wonderful, considering the time of day.

  Terrible, help (all 3 of them )were like zombies, except the cook. Tables not clean. 20 minutes sitting at the table before being waited on. After we placed our orders we were informed that they were out of hash browns. Big signs in every window advertising new bowl of hash browns and their out. One family that came in 10 minutes after we did placed their order before us and were actually getting their food before we left even though there were six other tables of customers that were there before we were and still waiting for their food. Never received any silverware so we decided to leave. Charged us for two coffees. We paid and luckily I informed two other families about the out of hash browns and poor service and they got up and left too. It's a shame because it used to be our favorite waffle house. Not anymore.
