  Ordered a bbq sandwich, had a huge hair in it that grossed my wife out and had to throw out the rest of our sandwiches. Now I can't think about their bbq about getting grossed out myself. Last time I went, ordered a combo platter with bbq and fried chicken. Ended up getting a two piece grilled chicken with some red sauce all over the chicken that leaked everywhere. Chain has great food but this location has a ton of problems for me lately.

  After pulling up the drive thru. I order a large b-q platter. The employee tells me she will take my order at the window. I waiting for 5 mins. I pull up to the window, and she tells me " we are out" wtf.
