  This might be the best grocery store I've ever been to. Clean, fast, good selection, can drink a beer while I'm shopping... A little more expensive than most places but worth it.

  Do not go to this store if you want to get out in a timely fashion!!!! I love the way they remodeled the store, it is beautiful. The wait at the deli is ridiculous. Once you are able to find a person to give your order, they are in slow motion the entire time, and keep asking you to repeat your order. They are talking among themselves instead of listening to the customers. The check out is another snag. Again they are in slow motion and it takes forever! There is no comparison to the check out process at Harris Teeter. Harris Teeter opens lines when they see more then a few people waiting. Even though it is a little farther, I will be doing all my main shopping at Harris Teeter. I had high hopes for Lowes, but have been disappointed each time I have visited.

  I went in this morning.... running late as usual to get my daily muffin. Last week the muffins was on sale 1/2 off. Not thinking that the sale was over, I grabbed 3 bucks out of my wallet. Proceeded to the check out- the muffins were no longer on sale. So it came to 3.04. I was 4 cent short. I ask the young lady (latasha) if I could bring the 4 cents back- since I left my wallet in the car and was running late. She said no..I asked her if she had 4 cents. She said no. Really. I can't have my muffins because I am 4 cents short? I guess not. So I preceded to my car to obtain my wallet to finish my transaction. The moral is.... what if I really didn't have 4 cents and I was depending on feeding my family? What if it wasn't muffins? What if it was milk and bread? She would really lacked compassion over 4 cents? What is world coming to?
